1. What is Only1000People?

Only1000People is a website where exactly 1,000 permanent public profile slots are available for purchase. Once a slot is purchased, the buyer can create a public profile page visible to everyone on the internet. There will never be more than 1,000 slots. Once all slots are sold, the site is closed to new purchases forever.

2. Who Can Use This Site?

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on Only1000People. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this site complies with the laws of your country.

3. Purchases & Payments

All slot purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, the slot belongs to you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Prices increase as more slots are sold — the price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.

4. Your Profile Content

You are fully responsible for everything you post on your profile — including your name, bio, photo, and website link. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use the content (e.g. it is your own photo)
• The content does not contain nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or illegal material
• The content does not impersonate another person or organisation
• The content does not promote illegal activities

We use automated tools to detect inappropriate images. However, we reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our discretion, without refund, if these rules are violated.

5. Referral Programme

Our referral programme allows you to share a personal link. Friends who purchase through your link receive a discount on their first slot. You may earn rewards (such as a free slot) for successful referrals. Referral rewards are only valid while slots are available. Once all 1,000 slots are sold, referral discounts and free slot rewards can no longer be used. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

6. Ownership of Your Slot

Purchasing a slot gives you the right to display a public profile on Only1000People. You do not own the underlying platform, domain, or technology. We reserve the right to modify the appearance or features of the site. In the unlikely event the site is permanently shut down, we will provide advance notice where possible.

7. External Links

Profiles may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external site linked from a profile.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account where possible.
